A: For stock items, any quantity is acceptable. However, due to high shipping costs abroad, we recommend a minimum of 500 square meters. For custom orders, the minimum quantity depends on the chosen pattern colors and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).
2. Q: Can you produce the product according to the customer's design sample?
A: Absolutely! Our advanced design team is equipped to meet your specific design requests.
3. How do you control the quality?
We have dedicated QC teams that meticulously inspect each order before shipment.
4. Q: Are free samples available?
A: Certainly! Free samples of our regular products are available, though delivery costs are collected. For custom carpet samples, there will be sampling and shipping costs as detailed in the Custom Request section (No.14-14).

A: Yes, definitely. Please provide detailed requirements for your customized logo.
6. What are your payment terms?
You can pay via L/C, PayPal, or T/T. Additional payment options are available upon request.

A: For stock items, delivery is within 3-4 days after receiving the 30% deposit. For custom orders, it takes 15-30 days post-payment, depending on the quantity.
8. How do I know you will deliver the goods after we pay the deposit?

9. Q: Which port will you ship from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing. Delivery can be via air, vessel, or express. The default port is Jinzhou Port unless otherwise specified.
