1. Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For goods in stock, any quantity is acceptable. Due to high international shipping costs, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the pattern colors and yarn material (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.
2. Q: Can you produce products based on customer-provided samples?
A: Yes, we have an advanced design team capable of meeting your requirements.
3. How do you ensure quality control?

4. Q: Are free samples available?
A: Absolutely. Free samples of our regular products are available, but delivery costs are to be borne by the customer. For custom carpet samples, sampling costs and shipping fees apply (see details on No.14-14 for required Custom Request information before quotation).

A: For in-stock items, delivery is typically within 3-4 days after receiving a 30% deposit. For customized orders, it takes 15-30 days depending on the order quantity.
8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay you the deposit?
A: We offer trade assurance services. You can place your order through our trade assurance program for added security.
9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We provide EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing. Delivery options include air, sea, or express services. By default, we ship from Jinzhou Port, but we can also accommodate other ports upon request.
