A: For in-stock items, any quantity is acceptable. However, due to high international shipping costs, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the pattern and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.
2.Q: Can you produce products based on customer-supplied designs?
A: Yes, our advanced design team can meet your custom design requests.
3.Q: How do you control quality?
A: We have dedicated QC teams that inspect every order before delivery.
4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, free samples of regular products are available, but the delivery cost is collect. For custom carpets, a sampling cost applies in addition to shipping fees (see details on No.14-14 for custom request requirements before quotation).
5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Absolutely! Please send us your detailed specifications for the customized logo, and we'll take care of the rest.
6. What are your payment terms?
You can make the payment by L/C, PayPal, or T/T. Other payment terms are available upon request; just contact us for more details.
7. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Typically, for items in stock, delivery is within 3-4 days after payment and receiving a 30% deposit. For customized orders, delivery is 15-30 days post-payment. The exact timeframe depends on the order quantity.
8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay the deposit?
We offer trade assurance, ensuring that your order is processed smoothly and securely.
9. Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing. You can choose delivery by air, vessel, or express. Our default port is Jinzhou Port, but we can accommodate other ports upon request.
