1.Q: What is the MOQ?
A: For in-stock items, any quantity is acceptable. However, due to high shipping costs abroad, we recommend a minimum of 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on patterns and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.
2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely! Our advanced design team is well-equipped to meet your design requirements.
3. How do you control the quality?
We have dedicated QC teams that meticulously inspect every order before delivery.
4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Absolutely! Samples of our regular products are available free of charge, although delivery costs need to be covered by you. For custom carpet samples, there will be an additional sampling cost along with the shipping. Please refer to No.14-14 for the necessary custom request details required before we can provide a quotation.
5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Certainly! Please provide us with your detailed requirements for the customized logo so we can better assist you.
6. What are your payment terms?
You can make payments via L/C, PayPal, T/T, and other available terms. Feel free to contact us for more details.
7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, for in-stock items, delivery is 3-4 days after receiving the payment and a 30% deposit. For customized orders, it takes approximately 15-30 days after payment, depending on the quantity.
8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay you the deposit?
We have trade assurance. You can place your order through that platform for added security.
9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF prices. You can choose delivery by air, vessel, or express. Our default port is Jinzhou Port unless otherwise requested. We can accommodate other ports upon request.
