A: For stock items, any piece will do. However, due to high international shipping costs, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the colors of the pattern and yarn material (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.

A: Yes, our advanced design team is equipped to meet your specific requests.
3.Q: How do you control quality?

A: Absolutely. Samples of our regular products are free, though shipping costs must be covered. Custom carpet samples incur a sampling cost in addition to shipping (see details in No.14-14 for Custom Request requirements before quotation).

A: Typically, for stock items, we ship within 3-4 days upon payment after receiving a 30% deposit. For customized orders, delivery takes 15-30 days post-payment. The timeline may vary depending on the order quantity.

9. Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF pricing options. Choose delivery by air, sea, or express. By default, we ship from Jinzhou Port, but can accommodate other ports upon request.
