A: For in-stock items, any quantity is acceptable. However, due to high international shipping costs, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For custom orders, the quantity depends on the pattern colors and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) required.
2. Q: Can you produce products according to the customer's sample design?
A: Yes, we have an advanced design team ready to meet your needs.
3. How do you control quality?
We have our own QC teams that inspect each order before delivery.
4. Q: Are free samples available?
A: Absolutely. Free samples of our regular products are available; however, shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. For custom carpet samples, there will be a sampling cost in addition to shipping (see details on No.14-14 for necessary custom request details before quotation).

6. What are your payment terms?

A: Generally, for goods in stock, we will dispatch within 3-4 days after receiving the 30% deposit. For customized orders, expect delivery within 15-30 days post-payment, depending on the order quantity.
